The Audit and Risk Committee
The Audit and Risk Committee is a sub-committee of the Board. It is chaired by Ross Tanner and the other members are John Spencer and Jane Huria.
Public Advisory Committee
The Public Advisory Committee provides advice to the Agency on a wide range of matters. Currently the Committee members are:
- Ross Brereton (co-chair) - represents people with disabilities
- Dayle Takitumu (co-chair) - represents Maori
- Colleen Tuuta - represents women
- Denise Lorman - represents community law centres
- Apii Rongo-Raea - represents Pacific peoples
- Evelyn Weir - represents older people
- Jean Park - represents consumers
- Margaret Powell - represents the legal profession
- Vacancy - represents youth
