Instructions for downloading PDF files

PDF files are a common file type for sharing information. If you have not used PDF files previously you may need to install software able to read these files. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download by clicking here.

To save a PDF file follow these steps:

• Place your cursor on the file that you wish to download
• Right click on the title (the link to the PDF)
• Select "Save Target As" from the menu displayed
• Select the area on your hard drive or network where you would like to save the file
• Select "Save"
• A window will appear to indicate that the file is saving
