Not Satisfied with Your Legal Aid Lawyer
If you are aware of inappropriate conduct by or poor service from a legal aid provider you can contact the Legal Services Agency to complain. The Agency is committed to improving the quality of services provided by legal aid providers and encourages legal aid clients and those working in the court system to refer matters to the Agency.
